Guests will be taken to the hotel by speed boat, with helicopter and yacht parking too.

Images show a luxury rooftop with a huge glass roof, along with private pools and two large rooftop pools.

The 12 overwater suites, which will have their own roof terrace and infinity pools, will range from one to four bedrooms.

The suites will be able to move around the water with motors attached to them.

This means they can detach from the building and turn into “boats” to move around at speeds of six nautical miles, being dubbed “luxury houseboats”.

Anyone staying at the suite will also have their own crew and staff to help out during the stay,

The hotel is currently being built at the Seagate Shipyard in Dubai, and hopes to open by 2023.
