Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski in St. Moritz celebrates the opening of Ristorante Da Adriano

Italian ambience, the smell of typical specialties and Italian music playing in the background – At Ristorante Da Adriano, every guest will find what the Italian heart has to offer, represented in a tasteful way. Adriano Feraco embodies his true passion for the traditional Italian way of living in his restaurant.

Together with his partner Mandy Schleifer, Adriano Feracco travelled the world for over 12 years. In places near and far he worked as the Maître of Italian gourmet restaurants, on well-established cruise ships. In 2006 he starts his career at the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski and takes over the restaurant Enoteca. Since that day everyone has been enchanted by their charm and incomparable service and many times this is the reason why the guests return – because of Adriano Feraco’s distinct sense of hospitality that gives everyone immediately the feeling of being in good hands. Now the restaurant has been renamed after the host himself and thus offers the perfect atmosphere for everyone who comes through its doors to spend a traditional Italian evening à la Adriano.

The menu, which was put together by Executive Chef Matthias Schmidberger, impresses with simple, perfectly prepared dishes such as: classic antipasti, homemade pasta or risotto as well as traditional fish and meat. Adriano Feraco and his authentic team will refine every dining experience with a special twist and prepare some of the pasta dishes and desserts right on the spot. A finely selected Italian wine list, with the focus on Piedmont and Tuscany, which corresponds perfectly with the dishes. Ristorante Da Adriano will convince with impeccable quality, attention to detail and an interplay of the finest Mediterranean flavours combined with live entertainment.
