A DISNEY expert has revealed the secret freebie you can get when staying at the theme park.
Kids can get a free wake up call from their favourite Disney character when at the theme park hotels.
As if going to Disney World isn’t magical enough, there is an easy way to get woken up by beloved characters.
Tiktok user Emily, who goes by @thosetravellingears, explained how to bag the freebie, which is only available for people who are staying in a Disney resort.
The resort phones have pre-recorded wake up messages on them from Disney characters, including Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, Goofy and Pluto – also known as the Fabulous Five.
You can choose which one you’d like to get you up in the morning and schedule it like a normal alarm.
In the video, Emily said: “If you’re staying on a Disney resort you’re surrounded by magic, but there is a way to up it a little bit for your kiddos.
“Instead of a buzzing alarm, set a wake up call from one of the characters from your resort phone.”
Emily also explained that the fun call helps wake kids up, gets them excited for a day at the theme park and leaves a lasting memory.
She continued: “Helps them get up for the day and is such a core memory for the kiddos.”
The video has been watched 40,000 times and received comments from viewers who have had a Disney wake up call before.
One person wrote: “I will never forget the Fab Five calling my hotel room when I was a kid. Truly is a core memory.”
Someone else put: “And the cartoons! We stayed off property last trip and I missed them so much.”
A third wrote: “Okay but Mickey kept waking me up five minutes early my last trip.”
